i wanted to know i use eloader 0.95 . can i use more then one eloader will it make other hombrew work better .

eLoader is redundant and it is HIGHLY recommended that you update to Custom Firmware.

Not exactly... eLoader is also good for Slim owners who don't want to set up TimeMachine. TimeMachine is more work, but runs more 1.50-based homebrew than eLoader.
