when i hit x for normal install it said something like "cannot find BOOT.ELF file. continue anyway?"
Let me get this straight, this runs backups among many, right ? Does it run them directly or you need to patch them somehow ? Can i install this on my modded PS2 and give the memory card to a friend with an unmodded console and it will work for him ?
This is stated in the official FAQ . My question is how can we view the bios version of the console ?Sony has created a new BIOS in the SCPH-9000x series PS2 models that negate any OSDSYS update using the DVD player hack. This means that after BIOS revision 230, Playstation 2 units will not work with FMCB!
