Sorry man but I don't think anyone around here knows how to pull that off.
Maybe you could try reaching one of the guys at Acidmods
Ok i did some research on google, but only found a demo vid, no instructions.... I want to replace the busted UMD door on my psp with a hard drive. I know i'll need to use IRshell or w/e and i'm more than willing to learn. so if anyone has an info/ instructions could you please help me out?
PS: it's an old fat psp, and i am planing on getting a slim sometime in the future so i can use UMD's again.

ok thanks, i'll try that
This wouldn't be possible,
the PSP is a slave device
therefore it cant have a HDD
you can however use USBHost (Google It)
USBhost connects your psp to your computer through USB And IRSHELL and you can launch PSP files from your PC HDD
Its Really Easy To Use
The only other thing you can do is use the Datel HDD which is retail but is only 4GB meethinks which is pointless when you can get a 4GB MS from eBay for 7 bucks
You can get that 4GB HD from Datel.
I dont know if it's better than the Mem sticks or not..
There is a USBHost mod in the works, it means we can plug in external storage.
So perhaps this will come true in the future
For more info check the pspdev forums.
