    Default Neo4all scrambled binary

    has any one come across a scrambled binary neo4all beta 4. when I went to get it from the official site, there is no Ip.bin file , and I don't want to have to make a SBI disk for 1 emu.

    Use 1st_read.bin file checker to convert the unscrambled binary to a scrambled binary.

    If you use BootDreams to create your selfbooting discs, it will allow you to create an IP.BIN at run-time if it doesn't find one in the same folder the 1st_read.bin is in.
