EMulaters...what r they?

i want to know what emulaters r and how do u use them?

i'm takin g it your not too old,
emulators emulate old systems, like snes, genesis, nes, and gb/gbc
you use the like every other homebrew/app, except you need roms for them. before you say anything, NO you cannot ask for commercial roms here, but you can get some pd-rom sites (public domain, aka, legal)

ya, you can
as long as it's meant to be played on a emulator, it'll work

yeah but it does no good my psp is 2.60... didnt want to update... i used to play the eboot were it was a duplicate
