I am reciving a signal in my house that there is a linksys signal in the
are but i dont have the WEP key. is there anything I can do to get on
it? likw is there a key that will work on any WEP router?

Ask your parents or who ever set up the router for the WEP kep they should have written it down.

But it's not my key.. its someone in the negborhoods.. but im reciving thier signal.

You cannot acess it then. That is what it is for to keep outsiders out from their connection with a 24 letter and number password.
