pythm - mplayer/mpd frontend

- ability to start, stop and connect backends to the gui
- added backend status icon
- if enabled, a command is currently processed.
- added threaded calls to backend
-> better gui responses
- added icons
- small gui fixes
- mplayer process is now renice-able. (configurable)
