Zipped Rom

If I zipped my rom and fit in the 32mb mem stick, will it crasah if I fill up all the rom with 32 mb zipped rom and read it from the emulator because the rom is not read from its originally bigger state?
Or the PSP read the data from the mem stick and put it in its CPU for access so the mem stick won't add any data?

depends on the emu. some emulators can actually read zipped roms.

Only time I have had any problems with zipped roms was when I tried to run the NEO GEO CD emulator with zipped files. On the bigger games the load times were horrible. Though the smaller games ran reasonably well zipped
