    Default neocdpsp 0.5b Slightly patched version by Raine emu Coder

    This version fixes the music for Magician lord, Puzzled, and Ghost fighters at least, and probably some others.
    It also adds the possibility to change the volume of the music from the gui (mp3 volume)

    still no music in ghost fighters, i got the mp3's id better checked there in the right place..
