I really recommend this guitar, I first bought the original and it sucked hard! Seriously the damn thing couldn't go into overdrive, the only way to do it was by pressing select and it sucked because u occasionally press the start button which ruins everything. This new one has plastic covering the start button so you wont press it by mistake if you prefer using the select button rather than tilting the guitar (which the sensors are now perfect in this model). It is designed beautifully and they also fixed the problem of where the whammy bar would get in the way.

Save yourself the trouble by getting this new improved model if you are thinking about getting Rock Band 1 or 2.
