Devhook Question/Help

Hello, I want to use Cwcheat under devhook to cheat on Silent Hill Origins, but I am only emulating 3.01, and I have heard this is the latest firware supported, but the game says I need 3.51 to run the game.

Is there a workaround for this, or is it possible to install 3.51 to emulate in devhook. If so, how would I do this?
