Ok i want to know if there is any way that i can have a download web site on my psp and open it in some sote of web browser and has graphics and html support.

Ok, I'm not exactly sure if I understand the question.

You want to open a downloaded html file on your psp and open it with the browser, right?

To do that:

in the adress bar Type: file:///
then type in the adress on your psp of your html files E.g: "file:///Web/index.html"
press enter and voila.

What I did is download a complete website with a webextractor, copy it to my MS and bookmarked it so I can view it without having to type it in manually first.

Make a copy of this file "J:\PSP\SYSTEM\BROWSER\bookmarks.html" where J is your psp drive and then html edit your bookmarks to point to your native html files... or just do it in the web browser itself...
