Default Upgrading after using Wab Version Changer

I want to upgrade my psp to 2.0. I have used wab version changer to change to 2.0, but I have already reverted it back to 1.5 like the other posts say. The problem is, when I try to upgrade to 2.0 from an eboot on my mem stick, i get a "game could not be started" error, and when I try to upgrade from a UMD, it actually takes me to the upgrade screen, but there is no text and the upgrade will not work.

    hmm, this is odd

only thing i can think of is too use wab versino changer to change to 1.00, then install 1.50, then 2.00
    see if that works

Go to settings > system settings > restore default settings. The thing with no text happened to me before and this fixed it.
You don't need to know my mental status. You probably don't want to, either.
