I really don't have the time or knowledge to learn all about programing but there is something I would very much like to attempt to do. I have what I believe is the scripting, coding, whatever you call it, for MAME PSP 97.[file attached] I was hoping to be able to compare a working copy of MAME and try to re-create a working version of the 3 versions which are corrupted. My first obsticle is: How do you extract a DATA.PSP file so that you can see what's in it? It's not an archive or a regular image file from what I can tell.
You can extract it from a PBP, but thats as far as it can go...unless you tried to decompile it...what was the name of that software...I forget. Search Google for Decompiler and find a C decompiler. That may decompile the DATA.PSP file. Try it.
You don't need to know my mental status. You probably don't want to, either.
