Problem with the kxploit tool

For some reason, I used it to do a sega genesis emulator. But at the top of the screen there are white bars, so I can't even see the title of teh game im playing.

How do I get rid of them?

You need to extract all the files into the folder not just the eboot. It should come up clearly if you do that.
