PC Emulator for PSP?????

Does anybody know what the best emulator for the PSP is for PC Games? I currently have DOSBOX and I am trying to figure out how to play games I am stuck on the Z: Drive screen. Can somebody tell me if this is the best PC Emulator and maybe give me some pointers on how to get my games to be playable on the DOSBOX Emulator, thanks a lot in advance.

Basically you create a special .bat file which starts the game.
It's also useful to use some sort of launcher - the build that I use comes complete with a free-ware launcher so that you can easily select and start games.
