Wow! I just found out about this video that the author apparently didn't want anyone to see! It's about his homebrew called MENUdo (A custom PSP firmware for the DS and more!). Check this out! Absolutely amazing stuff!

MenuDo is a PS3 XMB theme/skin for DS.
It wasn't unreleased, and it's no custom firmware.

1.) the video was unreleased tot he public from what I understand. I haven't found a link anywhere else.

2.)I know what MENUdo is. Just didn't know if anyone wanted to see this awesome homebrew in action!
