DCHakker images?

Hey guys,
Bottom line, I'm in a rush...
I can't find DCHakker images ANYWHERE! Not even plain files

I'm trying to play an NTSC-J version (GD-rom) of SFA3 3rd Strike on my PAL system. Utopia does not work.

I've managed to locate the files, I used Bootdreams to make a CDI and have it running on my PAL dreamcast. However, I put it in my Third Strike disc, reload the file list, I select the 1st_read.bin, but all I get is the dreamcast rebooting itself...
