Magic Memory Stick help vista

Ok so i only have two shots to get this to work so I wanted to post for help so i didn't confuse myself.

I have been trying to do this purely through the PC for my bricked PSP but finally I have a 2GB and a 4GB memory stick freshly formatted through a normal PSP.

What are my next steps to EASILY install the files i need to unbrick a FAT psp using windows vista.

(No access to another psp and already have a pandora battery)

If your using windows vista like me I use Psp Deluxe pandora installer its the only one that i use its so reliable and it has all the files you need except the ofw and use Desparter del cementrio (which is built in the program also read the readme for more information)
