How about:

Flash support
Better camera/ video camera
Smaller size

Support for FLAC would sell it for me straight away.

Better camera.
Built in lazer gun.
A application to enable teleportation.
A spoon add-on.
Window wipers on the screen to remove smears.
Have a decent brand make it, not apple.
Remove the need for iTunes, seriously. Its $#@!e.
Drag and drop for music etc.
Solar powered.
A camera to zoom so far, you can see micro-orgasnisms on the moon.
Ability to use it as a bong.
Not strapped to $#@!ty o2 with there $#@!ty iPhone only contracts.
