I believe I spent around 35 hours on an online game once. It was incredible, but I vowed to never let it happen again, at least not without some breaks in there.

I once had a DDR session for about 18 hours with my friends, as well. That permanently whipped me into shape, I think, as I've found my lung capacity and endurance went up considerably afterwards. I couldn't walk properly the day immediately following said session, though, as my legs were quite sore. It goes with the old saying: no pain, no gain.

I recieved Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask for Christmas one year and I must have played that for about 14 hours straight one day. It was good times, however, I had to go out to visit relatives afterward and felt like I had been kicked in the head.

I think the longest was like 5 hours playing God of War, not much, compared to the 24/35 or 48 hours
