NDS Flash Card ?

Hi guys its been a long time. I have a dual question if anybody can help.
I just got 3 new DSi for me and bouth of my boys. Well theres are for X-Mas.
?1 i curently have R4 , R4 SDHC & DSTT cards. Ilove the OS on the R4 because its fast lets you delete from the memory card and updates well not anymore no new updates. Heres my ? is there a card out there that can do the same as the R4 but with frequent updates and not as slow as the DSTT or Supercard or itouch. if so witch do you guys recomend.

?2 witch card has better emulator compatibility and what emus.
