Quest 64 - playable 23 fps inside 13 outside minor graphical glitches
Super Smash Bros.: Playable, 20 - 30 fps in game, minor glitches, audio off. Frame rate depends on how many animated objects are on screen.
Gex 64 - Enter The Gecko: Non - Playable, 60 - 70 fps during the intro logos, 25 fps in the menu, freezes after choosing new game.
And for $#@!s and giggles...
Perfect Dark: Non - Playable? The fps keeps updating (around 1 - 2 fps) black screen. You can still go back to the menu. I'm not sure if you can actually get into the game somehow...

I have decide to compile a list of games I have tested, take a look at it and tell me what you think.
Note This is not everyone's tests thrown into one, this is just compatibility tests that I have done.

Is there a page where it states the best settings to use per game?
This would be helpful
For example
Mario Kart 64
Edit Preferences > Texture Update Check >
If you change it to "every frame" and then if you check the character select screen, it runs perfectly instead of them looking like they're all having a seizure

Well for top speed settings should be:
Texture Update Check: Disabled
Frameskip: Disabled (unless game runs slow)
Limit Framerate: No
Dynamic Recompilation: Enabled
Dynamic Stack Optimization: Enabled
Dynamic Loop Optimization : Enabled
Audio: Disabled
Adjust Frequency: Disabled
