Does Samurai Spirit/Shodown RPG work on DC emulators?

I was looking into picking up a copy of the Samurai Spirits/Shodown role-playing game.

But, I don't want to shell out the big $'s for a NeoGeo cd unit to play it on a TV, so I'm looking into emulating it.

Can anyone tell me if one of these DC emulators will actually play this game?

"NeoDC" apparently supports the game.
