need help with action replay DS code manager

hello everyone

for a long time now i update my codelist on my R4 flashcart with the action replay code manager but today i go an find that get get the message load failed under subscriptions. i tried reinstalling but same thing and can't find the address where the manager gets the code. anyone else have this issue

i have the same freakin problem i have crossed all over internet but could not find any solution i'v try'ed everything windows installer re-install, re-instal manager, update, patches from some idiots, other one's "datel" folder's but nothing workt you've got some solutions?
