    do they have Emulators that can work with PSP V.2?

    It depends.

    Version 2.0 can run some emulators like SNES and Gameboy, maybe some others. Versions starting from 2.1 can't yet, but Fanjita is working on it.

    Use Fanjita's boot loader for 2.0 -> www.fanjita.org .

    You should read the boards a bit more, there are several current links that discuss this.
