Ok, here's the thing. Does anyone here know how to utilize Ruby Scripting for RPGXP? I have a friend who's doing a fan-based FF8 sequel and she needs someone to help with scripting.

Second off, give it some time. You're asking for help, it's on you to make the reader want to. I don't know about the rest, but I'm put off by people who are so impatient. 5 hours?

Last, I doubt anyone will know this very specific thing and want to make a game for you.
