I'm making a cover...

I've just superglued my R4 together, so to prevent it from breaking again I'm keeping it in a case. I'm making a cover, an instruction/help booklet and a Homebrew catalogue, two versions of the booklet will be made, one in favour of pirating ROMs and the other just aimed at setting up the R4 and using homebrew.

If someone knows already (I've lost my covers) could you send me the dimensions (in centimetres) of the back, side and front of a normal NDS cover, the dimensions of a page of an instruction booklet and it would help if I get the dimensions for that annoying little catalogue.

And if someone else has already done this, I don't care because you probably haven't attached a CreativeCommons license and you probably haven't released for the public.
