iso error 80020148

I used the app New Umd Dumper v0.2 to rip a copy of GTA:Vice City(which i own), but when i start up the iso i just gt the error message 80020148, anyone have a solution?

I belive it may have to do with what Kernel you are using for your CFW, I get that error code when I try to use WifiSniffer, and WiFiController as well as other games or homebrews which were made for 1.50 - I am using cfw 5.00 and kernel 5.xx on a slim and get error 80020148

If you can use the 1.50 kernel try running the game under that (u have to have a fat psp to emulate earlier FW 1.50)

I got the same error when i tried to play yggdra union after an upgrade.

What I did to make it work was disable all my plugins, then i went into the configuration and turned off the umd requirement thing (forgot exactly what the setting was called). and then restarted. it worked after that.
