OK it needs to load from a second partition on the SD card with an 'ext3' file system (not fat16), which windows can't create, or read. i managed to create it by booting gparted http://gparted.sourceforge.net/download.php now i just need to get the files on there. that's enough for tonight though, i'm off to bed.

can anyone tell me if this is sdhc compatible? and can linux see the fat16 partition once its loaded?

it is with the newest compiled kernel ( or since kernel 2.6.27 )

grab the latest kernel image ( aka your boot.dol ) from the site

i believe muzer is going to make a more feature rich and easier setup of wii linux.... so itll be a interesting time in linux development on wii

    Thanks for Everything,
