why dont they make this emulator?

hello everybody,
I was thinking why they didn't made dreamcast emulator for psp and the psp got the same buttons and one analog stick so it's good to make the emulator for psp and it's gonna be better than pspsone and the only the dreamcast controller doesn't and it's SELECT button and I hope you can make this emulator.

Why? Controls and screen are fine, but it takes a lot more processing power on the host machine then the console's processing power that you are trying to emulate (Unless it has the same CPU family [eg ARM], the best is about 3 times as much. Usually it is a lot more [e.g. Run VisualBoyAdvance on a 350mhz PC, slow as hell and the GBA CPU is only 16hz]).

If it has custom hardware then it becomes a hell of a lot harder. Don't even think about asking for a Saturn emulator.
