    Default XMB Screensaver V2

    XMB Screensaver V2 - Art 2008!

    Hi Guys,
This plugin is written to launch a purpose written screensaver eboot after a predetermined
amount of time (approx 3.5 minutes) of inactivity in the PSP's XMB menu
(not that the PSP hardware really requires a screensaver).

    Multimesh Screensaver (Art)

    Flamez Screensaver (Fanjita)

    Plasma Screensaver (karmon)

The screensaver timer is reset any time you:
    - Press a button,
    - are watching a movie with the XMB video player
    - are playing music with the XMB music player
    - Have an open USB mass storage connection
    - are using the integrated web browser
    - are using the PSP GoCam!

Thanks to califrag of QJnet forums for some pointers for getting this working properly.

This will render the auto suspend feature under Power Saving Settings inoperative
because it kicks in before the lowest possible setting of 5 minutes.

The original Plasma demo has been altered to serve as a screensaver.
It does not alter the PSP clock speed, and is not interactive (any button press will exit).

    Please read documentation for instructions.
    Cheers, Art.

Can you post a video of it Art? I'd really like to see it, but I can't seem to get it working.

I've put the screensaver and ssload .prxs in seplugins, and added the line in VSH.txt. Added the SCREENSAVER folder into GAME and enabled the plugin via Recovery. All that's happening is that it's restarting my PSP every 3 and half minutes.

Tried disabling every other plugin, but that hasn't changed anything. I've also noticed, despite disabling the Sony Logo on startup, it still plays when I'm coming from recovery or whenever this app's restarted the PSP.

All in all, a frustrating 5 minutes.

Added the SCREENSAVER folder into GAME
THe SCREENSAVER folder goes directly under ms0:/PSP,
    not under a GAME folder.

Then put the screensaver eboot under this folder directly,
not in any folder of it's own.

Hey Art there is a bug with the combination of this prx and the cxmb.prx. The screensaver.prx hides all the cxmb.prx themes in select theme in psp xmb menu. First I think that someone erase them but no, it was the screensaver.prx...

But I dont care about that just letting you know.
