This is kind of old, and why is the 20$ card excluded from this?
Perhaps it's due to the site it is on and maybe they don't have the 20 dollar one, but you can find these cards for 20 to 50 bucks at Wal-Mart.
62 bucks for a card we can get somewhere else for 50 is pretty stupid as well.
