psx Save Game Question.

Hi everybody. I ripped my FF IX game to my com (legally) and i did all the steps to put it on my psp. it works fine. But i have the discs on seperate games in my xmb ie GAMES > MEMORY CARD > FF IX D1
FF IX D2 etc

Before i go too far in the game i was wondering, when i finish disc 1, will i be able to play disc 2 or not? does it recognise my save from cd 1? if not, can you please let me know how to do this, or atleast tell me where to look.

ps. i tryed looking through google and frankly, its clogged up with irrelevant $#@! right now.

dont matter if there seperate games or muti-game in 1 eboot they both use save id to save game (which doesn't change, unless for some odd reason u changed it) and the game id to know what the game and disk is (this one changes as it depending on disk number). I never really touch the save and/or game id when doing any psx games to psp only the game and/or save title tepending how long it is. hope this helps
