Please help, i want bookmarklets

I want to get bookmarklets on my psp, but if i try to transfer them i'm told they are invalid URLs. I have heard of something called discover, but cant find anything about it on google, and know nothing about it. Is this what i need? if so, please post instructions, links etc. to help me. Otherwise, is there a way to use bookmarklets on the psp?
