Well I'd have to say without a memorystick all homebrew would be pretty much be impossible. so it has to be the memory stick in general.

I am probably alone here, but I think that IR KEYBOARDS thanks to the scene encompassing work of PIKEY as well as ZX-81's PDA applications.
