Game Maker games?
Is it theoretically possible to port games made in Game Maker 7 for the PC to the Dreamcast? I know that you would need the source for the game.

Nothing, because the .gmk is just a file used by gamemaker to run the actual data. Unless you can obtain the code behind it (not possible) you're out of luck.
