Why don't you just buy a Dreamcast? Marvel V.S. Capcom is relatively cheap these days, you can pickup a Dreamcast cheaply on eBay and the chances are that you will find a Dreamcast unit and 2 control pads with either Marvel V.S. Capcom or Marvel V.S. Capcom 2 bundled with it.

Also, Marvel V.S. Capcom is available for many consoles if you don't wish to purchase a Dreamcast.

Just remember that the Dreamcast port of Marvel vs. Capcom (1 and 2) are the best ports if you ever do get one.
