Wii Mote help!!

So I was trying to play Zelda earlier, when all of a sudden my controller when crazy and darted to the edge of the screen and came back, then darted again and stayed, every time i move it it just jumps around and i cant aim at anything! I turned off the Wii and tried to clean off the sensors, and it worked, but when i went back to Twilight Princess it did the same thing. I tried the other controller and the same thing happened! Anyone know what might be wrong and how i can fix it?

If at the time you posted this, you still had your Christmas lights up... That would be the problem, since the Wii-Remote confuses lights and the sensor bar which is a very common problem (I figured in 2006).
