Quake on PSP

Not sure if this is in the right section, but has anyone played Quake on PS1.?
I have downloaded it onto the PSP and Im totally stuck at a certain point in the game, I just cannot get past this.
If anyone has ever played this game, can you let me know so that I can ask your advice.

Why don't you tell us where you have the problem so we know if we've played to that point ourselves?

Have you consulted a walk-through? There are many maps and guides for Q1 out on the net.
