Emulation Multiplayer???

is there a way that 2 people can get the same emulator e.g. GenesisPSP and play same rom e.g. Sonic or Streets of rage and have a 2player via wi-fi?

also i found a Visual Boy Advance, i know i cant use this with my PSP but its got online play so you can like host a server it says: SELECT HOW MANY PLAYERS: 1-4 e.g. and u minimize it and it says on the screen the server IP and u give it to your friend and he types in 2 players then the IP then connect and u can play like pokemon or w.e online, PM me if you would like it..??

On subject: As of yet, no emulators that I know of have wifi support.

Off subject: That version of VBA has been out for a while (around 6months at least).
