Knowing Apple, if there were to be an iPhone Nano, it would still be overpriced due to the Apple branding. And still, I doubt that anything smaller than the iPhone will be able to have the graphical power or processor strength to take on everything else. And you also have to figure, would you really want to play anything on a screen less than 3" nowadays and expect anything to be great looking and fun?

I think that the main difrense of iPhone/touch and PSP/DS is that PSP/DS are pure gaming console (tough PSP does have some media apps). But iPhone is decingned to be a iPod and a phone, tough it also haves games in apps store, those games arent so entertaining that you could just play, they are short that you could play them at buss tsop or something. But i have iPod Touch and PSP and i use Touch at scoohl to paly some litle games and i use PSP at trips or home where you got the time to play.

    Haha, iPhone XDDDDDD
    A DS phone, awesome XDDD
Pretty much, the iPhone is just a phone with a bagillion useless ap's in my opinion, I'd rather have my crappy cell plus my DS and PSP over an iPhone really.

And here I thought the PSP was marketed as a multimedia device all this time as to not "directly" compete with Nintendo's DS.
