This game is fun, you just need to give a chance, one simple chance and that's it. Many people are missing the fun of the game because all they want to do is whack away, whack away and whack away, and as a result they game whacks back at them really hard and they end up dissing the game. Just try to understand the game, learn its mechanics, once you do that you will enjoy it very much and once you start playing multiplayer, you will enjoy it even MORE!

I never got "stuck" anywhere at the game. I just didnt find it fun or rewarding in any way. Honestly I gave several hours to the game and my opinion of it never changed so I stopped. I even picked it up a second time months later to the same result. Its a game I just dont get the appeal in.

I bellive that the only way to make Monster Hunter Portable popular in the West, is by giving one of its instalments for free, to every single PSP, and have it instaled in the M-stick (not in a umd). If the game gets spread enough so you will meet in the street people with PSPs, and be 80% sure they have Monster Hunter, then the game will become popular since you will actualy be able to play it's famus multyplayer, and ending up buying all those expantions and improvements.

a lot of people cant find the fun on the game, single player its like u were training, and multiplayer its to show up ur skills with the wyverns and show up ur weapon and armors, besides, its the best psp game that i have actually (:
