Team P86 have released the first real game to play on the exploit for PSP3000 Users:

You Need the US Version of Gripshift for this to work.

If you have a GripShift UMD, you can try this stuff...
CFW users can play this, too...

-Follow the menu of the Bombermen...

Another step before the kernal exploit is released to the public. Its been an awful minute since getting a new psp (my old homebrewable psp stolen) and tearing my hair out, piece by piece, waiting for the wonderful "underworld of psp" to unlock the newest jewl sony put on the market. I managed to find a copy of gripshift for 8 bucks check your local used game stores or the pawn shops!
