    Default Trainer toolkit help

    I recently recieved my trainer toolkit in the mail, and found the included manual to be somewhat lacking. I'd probably be able to teach myself how to use it, but I was wondering if anyone knows of a tutorial that could help me learn more of the features. Any help would be appreciated.
