Panzer Dragoon On Dreamcast?? (The PC Version)

Since the Saturn is ridiculously hard to emulate, I put it to you, would it be possible to write an interpreter for the PC version so it runs off the original Disc?? I would be happy with any version of PD on the DC, it's an old favourite of mine. Maybe this can also be considered for other Saturn titles ported to PC??

It needs the source code to be done.And since we don't have the source code we can't port it.

Pretty much, and to add to it, emulating anything close to the PC version's required specs would be pretty much impossible, so that route is gone as well. Thus...
