PSP NOOB, help trying to put psx games on psp

my current system software is 4.01 M33. I have the psx2psp software. Ive tryed and downloaded some ps1 games such as megaman x 5 and final fantasy tactics, And i have no idea how to convert it to my psp. I go on to youtube and so i tryed using my resident evil 3 nemises game, and using CloneCD, so i did everystep, i got the IMAGE, but when i hit convert, it gives me "unable to open "C:/Documents and Settings/Stephen Sever/Desktop/psx2psp/Files/BASE.PBP"

Help me!

Try RS-GUI PopStationMD v3.00 to covert the image to ECOOT file.
