Ok i've fixed it it works great now here's what i've done wrong.
I installed LEDA 0.2 (good) but i took iop.prx from the LEDA folder and put it in my SEPLUGINS folder and activated it as a plugin(WRONG SUCH A BAD THING TO DO).
Because of that i couldn't play backups, get in the GAME150 folder and my psp was buggy as hell.
So i recommend to just install LEDA but don't do anything with the iop.prx file because it can maybe even harm your psp.
