    Default Getting 3.80 CFW on 83.90 PSP

    Hi. I need to get 3.80 FW on my POPSloader. This is because in FFIX battles, the game lags a bit from casting spells and using items. Is there a new POPSloader that will allow this?

    EDIT: 3.90 CFW sorry.
