no, please look around the forums and you will find out that this is asked every day and the answer is no. My suggestion to you is to by a used psp with a firmware of 2.0 or lower if you want homebrew.

OK, Can anyone help me downgrade my PSP from 2.5 to 1.XX
OK so, I have tried the GTA Eboot loader etc but nothing works on it, and I really wanna play Homebrew, ok thanks guys (Hope I get quick replies) Thanks again in anticipation kris

NO there never EVER EVER EVER will b a downgrader from GTA exploit. why? you ask? because there is no access to flash. (its like a locked door with no key)
